Visiting this website
The site has no user accounts, and its fonts and images come from our own server. It uses no advertising tools.
Analytics cookies
Cookies are used only if you allow them. With your consent we use an analytics service to see how the site is used: which pages are visited, roughly from where, and on what kind of device. The analytics service sets cookies in your browser and processes the data on our behalf; the data may be transferred to the United States under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework. Distributor enquiries and email
The enquiry form does not send anything by itself: it writes an email in your own email app, and you decide whether to send it to sales@pokkareindeerhides.com.
When you email or call us, we process the details you give us, such as your name, company, country, email address, phone number and message. We use them to answer your enquiry and, if we start working together, to manage the customer relationship.
The legal basis is our legitimate interest in answering enquiries and the steps you ask us to take before a contract (GDPR Article 6(1)(f) and (b)). We keep the messages for as long as they are needed for these purposes and for as long as accounting and other laws require.
Who else processes the data
We do not sell personal data or give it to others for their marketing. Our email and IT service providers process data on our behalf. If data is transferred outside the EU/EEA, we use the safeguards that the GDPR requires.
Production film on YouTube
The production film loads only when you press play. It is then played in YouTube's privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com), and Google may process data about the viewing under its own privacy policy.

Your rights
You have the right to see the personal data we hold about you and to have it corrected or erased.
